Banshi Lal Baghel is a first-generation entrepreneur and real estate professional with over a decade in the property industry and a career spanning marketing, banking and financial services. His journey began at 18 in marketing and sales, followed by years across banking, health insurance and LIC — experience that shaped his understanding of customer relationships and financial decision-making.
His real estate journey began with Property Vrindavan Dham, built from the ground up on a simple approach — understand the customer, recommend the right property, and stand behind the relationship. That approach has served 500+ customers across Property Vrindavan Dham, BLB Real Estate Group, and now BricksNest.
